Surf Morocco’s Office Manager will be responsible for our start-up operations in Morocco. A Surf Morocco Office Manager is an energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats. Is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader who is creative, innovative, highly energetic and inspired to grow and develop a world class adventure surf company. The office manager oversees all aspects of the office and all services provided in Morocco; will report to and collaborate with the business owners.
Responsibilities and duties include
Business, marketing, and community relations; organize and coordinate office administration and procedures; ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, maintain financial and participant activity reports; all aspects of managing employees, including hiring, training, complete employee performance appraisals, and assist with payroll; office management; maintain positive guest relations; conduct research to stay current on industry development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and/or Recreation or equivalent experience
- Ability to think entrepreneurially and work independently
- Highly organized and collaborative work style
- Experience in managing/supervising people
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; effectively able to communicate in writing and in person in English, French and Arabic
- Proven ability to develop and implement new processes and procedures with acute attention to safety and details
- Skilled in all aspects of customer service
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel, Word, PP, WordPress, etc.
- Technology savvy, capable of presenting company message across traditional and social media channels
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
The Office Manager reports directly to Surf Morocco’s owners.

Our inaugural launch on January 15, 2021 marked the starting point for a shake up in the outdoor surfing industry. We are bringing a fresh modus operandi to surfing, by taking the sport of surfing and tossing in adventure travel to deliver cutting-edge surf tours, camps, lessons, and adventure surf trips.
